Every member who joins YUYU is a companion on our journey.

Through annual spending accumulation, you can unlock exclusive tiers and rewards—rising from Earthling to Spaceman, to Martian, and even Universal Being.

1. Tier Calculation Cycle

1. Each year, from January 1 to December 31, is considered a full calculation cycle.

2. The accumulated spending will reset to zero on January 1 each year.

2. Tier Upgrade Method

1. When your accumulated spending in the current year reaches the required threshold, the system will automatically upgrade your tier.

2. Once upgraded, your new membership tier and exclusive benefits will take effect immediately and remain valid until December 31 of that year.

3. The spending amount is calculated based on the actual payment amount, excluding discounts, store credits, or refunded orders.

3. Tier Retention and Downgrade Rules

1. Once successfully upgraded in a given year, the tier will automatically carry over to the following year.

2. If the spending threshold for the current tier is met again during the carried-over year, the tier will be retained for the next year.

3. If the spending does not meet the original tier’s threshold, the system will automatically downgrade one tier in the following year.

4. The tier will be downgraded by only one level per year and will not drop directly to the lowest level.

4. Reminders

1. Tier qualification is based on the actual payment amount, excluding store credits, discount codes, or returned orders.

2. Changes in tier status will not affect your member account or order history.

3. All members will retain at least the “Earthling” tier and its basic membership benefits.
