※ If a customer fails or maliciously refuses to collect their parcel three times or more, YUYU ACTIVE reserves the right to revoke home delivery service for the associated account.

YUYU ACTIVE 致力於讓每一趟任務準時起飛,確保裝備順利送達每位太空人手中。以下為我們最新的物流政策與配送須知。
📦 配送方式與費用
-海外地區:
運費按重量計算,折扣後消費滿USD$350可享免運優惠
我們會依照收件地區自動分配合適的國際快遞服務(如 DHL、順豐國際)
-台灣地區:
宅配:黑貓宅急便
運費:NT$120 折扣後消費滿 NT$3,500 可享免運優惠
 若消費者無故或惡意三次(含)以上未領取包裹,本公司有權停止該帳號之宅配權限。

📬 配送地址與責任說明
1.請務必確認收件地址正確,若因地址錯誤導致配送失敗,YUYU 將不負責任,也不提供補寄或退款。
2.若包裹遭拒收、未取件退回、或無人簽收,本公司將視同客戶自動放棄訂單,亦不提供補寄與退款服務。
3.收件人簽收規範  
某些國家配送須由收件人親簽,若他人代收視為完成配送,恕不再補寄。
4.假日配送暫停說明  
配送時間不含國定假日與週末,部分國家之節日亦會延遲物流時程。 📑 關稅與稅金說明
所有國際訂單可能會產生進口關稅/營業稅/清關手續費 此類費用為進口國政府或其授權物流業者收取,並非由 YUYU ACTIVE 開立,通常由物流公司(如 DHL、順豐)於送達前通知收件人付款。
💡 若未於期限內支付相關費用,物流公司有權退回或銷毀包裹,將無法補寄或退款

We offer an optional Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers the following risks:
-Damaged parcels
-Lost parcels
You can choose to add this protection during checkout. For any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
  1. Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. YUYU ACTIVE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address input and will not provide reshipment or refund in such cases.
  2. If a parcel is rejected, uncollected and returned, or fails due to absence of recipient, it will be considered as the customer forfeiting the order, and we will not offer reshipment or refunds.
  3. Recipient Signature Policy
    In certain countries, parcels must be signed by the recipient. If signed for by another party, it is deemed as successfully delivered, and reshipment will not be provided.
  4. No Deliveries on Holidays
    Delivery time estimates exclude national holidays and weekends. Local holidays in the destination country may also cause delays.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
These charges are imposed by the destination country’s government or its authorized logistics providers, and are not issued by YUYU ACTIVE.
They are usually collected by the courier (e.g., DHL, SF Express) prior to delivery.
💡 If the payment is not made within the required timeframe, the courier has the right to return or destroy the parcel. No reshipment or refund will be provided in such cases.
